Stephen was helpful and responsive. He correctly identified the issue with my flickering lights over the phone (outdated switch incompatible with my LED lights) and confirmed when he came to inspect. An adapter for our Christmas lights short circuited on 12/23. Naturally, we panicked because this was right before Christmas!
